With all equipment hires, we deliver and set up your equipment and offer a full demonstration on how to use it. We can, depending on your own level of knowledge, dry hire equipment to you for you to do it all yourself. However, generally, most customers like us to deliver and set up, which we are more than happy to do and this is built in to your hire charge.
We can usually accommodate equipment set up around your own timescale. However, please when booking clearly tell us when we can set up. Depending on the size of your hire, it may take longer or shorter than you expect. If your event starts early morning, we can in most cases set up the day before for your peace of mind.
Yes, we do require a deposit to secure a booking. This is for your own peace of mind as well as ours. The deposit is deducted from the overall hire charge, so upon delivery, only the balance is outstanding. You can pay your deposit via electronic transfer or cash. We unfortunately cannot accept payments made by cheque.
Payment is made upon delivery of your hire equipment which can be paid in cash. We do require a deposit to be paid upon initial booking to secure your equipment and date. Alternatively, you can settle your hire charge via electronic transfer before your delivery time. Unfortunately, we can not accept payment made by cheque.
